Refund Policy

If the book wasn't right for you, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

How to request

Email hello@svarhaug.com with:

• Your order number (in your purchase receipt)
• The email address used at checkout
• One sentence on what didn't work for you — this helps me make the next book better

Timing

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the request. The money returns to the original payment method. Stripe usually shows it on your statement within 5–10 days after that.

Bundle purchases

If you bought the bundle (Book 1 + Book 2 together), refund requests are reviewed manually. I'll ask which frameworks you actually tested and for how long. This isn't a hoop — it's a conversation. If the work didn't move you forward, I'll refund.

After 30 days

Refunds outside the 30-day window are at my discretion. If something genuinely went wrong (file didn't deliver, double charge, wrong product), email me anyway — I'll make it right.

Crisis exception

If you're in active crisis and the book reached you at the wrong moment, just say so. No questions, full refund, no time limit.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, email me before going to your bank. A chargeback takes 60–90 days to resolve and costs us both time. A refund takes one email and a few days. I will always choose to make it right with you directly if you give me the chance.
